Bob is a Managing Partner with RTS Global Partners, with over 15 years working in global advisory & consulting, as well as 5 years supporting his family business. His most formative experience came from his time at Bain & Company where he led several projects ranging from strategy (investment, growth, turnaround) to change management for Fortune 100 companies. His sector experience includes healthcare, oil & gas, technology, private equity and luxury goods across the landscapes of retail, trade, manufacturing and services. He has advised and worked closely with MDs, C-suite executives and mid-management, with a track record for supporting clients manage through tough periods of change including the global financial crisis in 2009. While at RTS, Bob has developed a reputation among family boards & business leadership for driving an analytical, performance-based culture, and for supporting a wide range of areas including business strategy definition, operations efficiency systems, human capital maximization and effective financial management. Some recent examples include supporting a prominent family business to install a professional management team, leading a technology business to implement a customer-driven matrix structure, and implementing effective inventory optimization systems at a luxury goods client. Bob holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a BS/MS in Computer Science from Loyola University of Chicago. He is a Professional Co-Active Coach (PCC) trained at the renowned Coaches Training Institute, focusing on mentoring young leaders on issues ranging from the professional to the personal.
